The first album I ever spent my own money on was a double album:

Guns n Roses - Use your Illusion I and II - double cassette.

I was a major fan then I went back in time listening to heaps of the beatles and Hendrix, then we got that seattle sound when grunge hit the shores of Australia and I was a long haired, scruffy lookin, guitar totin teenager.

Love to hear some of the others out there.

First one I bought with my own cash was Def Leppard's Hysteria on cassette and because I played it so much I bought it a few times... there seemed to be a mfg defect that no matter what tape player it was in aftre it was played for a few weeks the tape would flip over inside and be playing the other side backwards ... really happ that CDs were invented lol

On a side note - Looking forward to taking my wife to see them in August for her first concert ... they are playing with Poison and Cheap Trick in Tulsa and sadly at age 35 she has never been to a concert lol

I think the first tape I bought was Madonna. Her first, whichever one that was.
But before that I was dragged in to my older brothers room to listen to every LP he bought of KISS. Still love them Paul Stanely ROCKS

oh it must be hard to go abrod and live and study there. I knew that of course, but now, when im tring to imagin it i can understend it better.

What was the hardest for me is that AM buldings are in many difrend places in all Poznaс and we have only about 30 minutes to go from one place to other. Now its normal for me, but at first...
